About the founders

Seixas "Chad" Milner III

Chad Milner is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President of North American Senior Benefits (NASB). He represents the sixth generation of his family in the insurance business.

Chad began his career at The Milner Agency in 2002. Under his leadership, the Annuity Department grew from $10 million in sales in 2001 to over $260 million in sales in 2011. He continues to serve as a Vice-President of The Milner Agency and oversees the Annuity Department. In 2010, he formed a marketing team, The Mutual Alliance, within The Milner Agency focused on serving the Annuity, LTC and Life Insurance needs of the bank, institutional, and career insurance channels.

Actively involved in the insurance industry, Chad has served as the 2010-2011 President of TYGERS, a national organization of second and third-generation brokerage general agents, and serves on various committees within the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) as well as being a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). In 2011 and 2012 he was recognized by NAIFA-Atlanta as one of the Top Advisors Under 40 and holds the following designations: Certified Annuity Advisor, and Certified Annuity Specialist.

Chad attended Georgia College & State University and is currently working towards his master’s degree in financial services through the Institute of Business and Finance.

Born in Atlanta, GA, Chad grew up and now resides in Athens, GA. He is married to Wendi, with whom he has two sons, Luke and Seixas “Sage” Milner IV. He is an active member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Athens, as well as Athens Country Club, Frederica Golf Club, and the Golf Club of Cuscowilla. In his spare time Chad enjoys golf, aviation, diving/spear fishing, and hunting.


Steven Craig Harvey

Craig Harvey is a Co-Founder and Partner of North American Senior Benefits (NASB).

Prior to forming NASB in 2011, Craig worked as an agent and trainer with another agency where he was awarded numerous accolades for his achievements. Under Craig's direction, NASB’s sales force has become one of the fastest growing senior benefits agencies in the country. In developing a reputation as a catalyst for rapid success with his effective and innovative techniques, he has become a sought after advisor to carriers in the industry looking to increase sales in Final Expense.

Craig graduated from Middle Georgia College with a degree in Marketing and was a four year starter at quarterback on the school’s football team.

Craig currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA. He is married to Lenae and they have two children, Caden and Eden. When not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golf, travel, and cooking/grilling.


Whit Ferguson

Whit Ferguson is a Co-Founder of North American Senior Benefits (NASB).

A graduate of Georgia College & State University with a B.A. in Mass Communication/Public Relations, Whit joined the insurance industry in 2005. Whit was part of a team at The Milner Agency that grew annuity production from $25 million to over $150 million. Over the last several years he has served as a Managing Director for MassMutual's Piedmont Group, where he and his team have been responsible for over 300% growth since taking over the operation in 2008. He has also qualified multiple times for Management and Leaders Council.

In 2010 he co-founded The Mutual Alliance, a joint venture with The Milner Agency, that focuses on serving the insurance product needs for bank, institutional and career insurance channels. The team provides sales training, back office support and access to over 100 of the most highly rated life insurance carriers and their products, including MassMutual. In just a short amount of time the 10 person team at TMA has built a strong track record of partnering with financial firms to create increased revenue opportunities for hundreds of licensed professionals and the organizations they represent, while simultaneously meeting the insurance needs of the clients they advise.

Whit has served in the following industry leadership roles: 2011-2012 President and Top Advisors Chair of NAIFA-Atlanta, MassMutual's Brokerage Director Advisory Board (BDAX), Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s Life, Annuity and LTCi Advisory Committee as well as a member of AALU and NAILBA. He has also been a featured speaker at industry symposiums and has appeared on the radio and in print regarding the importance of insurance planning and product features in addition to training hundreds of financial professionals.

Whit and his wife, Nicole, live in Atlanta, GA. He enjoys golf, snow skiing, and spending time at the lake. Active in his community, Whit serves on the Board of Trustees at Peachtree Road United Methodist and as President of the Touchdown Club of Atlanta. He and Nicole also volunteer with the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children and are members of the Golf Club at Cuscowilla.

In 2015, Whit sold his interest in NASB to Chad Milner, however, he remains a strategic partner.
